Small house. Probably C18. Painted rubble and rendered cob walls. Timber lintels.
Steep asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Large external
chimney breast on the right.
Plan: 2-room plan with probably a lobby entrance between the rooms, probably parlour
on the left (over lower ground) and kitchen living room on the right with probable
stair outshut behind. C20 extension on the left.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front with central doorway. C20 porch
and door. Small window over doorway probably cut in the C20. Probably C20 12-pane
2-light casements.
Interior: Not inspected.
