SW 73 NE PERRANARWORTHAL

3/313 Myrtle Cottage including wall to
south

Small house and garden walls to front. Circa early C19. Roughly-coursed killas with
dressed elvan quoins, sills and jambstones and elvan keyed shallow brick arches.
Grouted scantle slate roof with painted brick chimneys over gable ends.
Plan of 2 equal front reception rooms flanking passage leading to central stair with
shallow rear service room on either side.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window south front with central doorway. C20 door. C19
cast iron shallow box porch, closed at the sides but with ornate pierced design to
ironwork to front. Horned 12-pane sashes. Some original internal window shutters.
Interior not inspected.
Grouted low rubble wall to front with dressed granite piers and copings. Wooden
dowel and rail fence over wall and close dowelled gate.
