15.1.70 listed as Pensilua)

GV II

House. Circa early C19. Painted stone rubble and rendered cob, slate sills, shallow brick arches. Half-hipped asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys over side walls. Double depth plan with kitchen/living-room left (converted into shop soon after built), parlour, right, and central cross passage between leading to central stair between unheated rear service room, left, and back kitchen right.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window south-east front. Central doorway with 4-panel
door, later top-glazed, and C19 trellis porch. Wide window opening left of doorway with 2 fixed lights, 16 panes per light. 4-pane sash over doorway, otherwise original 16-pane hornless sashes.
Interior is little altered since the C19, with staircase which has open-well, open-string and stick balusters, panelled doors and moulded plaster ceiling band in parlour.
