House. C18 with circa early C19 remodelling and rear addition. Colourwashed and
plastered with wheat reed thatched roof with gabled ends and brick gable end
chimneys. Rear addition under gabled slate roof forms double depth plan, original
plan of thatched range may have been 2 rooms and through passage. Present entrance
at rear. Symmetrical 2 window front. Ground floor, windows have shutters, those to
left and right are early C20 horned sashes with glazing bars and exposed sash
boxes. Wide central fixed window may replace former front entrance. Thatch
eyebrowed over 2 first floor gabled half dormers with 16-pane C20 horned timber
sashes. Interior not inspected.
