Terrace of 4 houses. Early C19 Rubble, mostly slate with large granite quoins
and lintels rendered at rear. Grouted scantle slate roof with red clay ridge
tiles and gable ends. Gable end and central axial stacks with redbrick shafts
and yellow clay pots.
Plan: Terrace of 2 pairs of cottages. Probably double depth plan each with
main front room and service room at back! Detached at the right hand (north
east) end there is a small pair of privies, probably later C19.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 4-window front. Later C19 4-pane sashes,
ground floor boared over; granite lintels and slate sills. 2 pairs of doorways,
each pair with large granite lintel; C19 panelled doors, Nos 60 + 62 moulded,
Nos 64 and 66 flush-panelled. Rear elevation rendered, only a few small
first floor windows and no rear extensions.
At right hand(southeast) end a small later C19 detached double privy. Stone
rubble with brick dressings, gable-ended slate roof with red clay ridge tiles,
at right angles to front.
