Probably C18. Stone rubble, south elevation has been roughcast. Slate
roof with red ridge tiles. Two storeys. East elevation facing harbour
has five small shuttered openings on first floor, modern ground floor windows.
Splayed corner with garage entrance. South elevation has three small windows
and granite steps to recessed door.
