Estate farmhouse. Circa mid C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted
scantle slate roof with gable ends. Projecting eaves and verges with exposed purlin
ends. 2 gable end brick chimneys with diagonally set shafts with cogged cornices.
Plan: 3 room L-shaped plan plus 2-storey dairy addition at the right hand side.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical with projecting wing to left 2 window south east
front with shallow gable ended wing left and gabled stone dormer towards right.
Doorway left of middle adjoining the angle. Chamfered lintels. Wider ground floor
windows. Original ledged doors and original 2 or 3 light casement windows with 6-
panes per light.
Interior: not inspected.
