Farmhouse. Probably C18, remodelled circa early C19. Granite rubble, granite ashlar
and part rendered front. Parallel scantle slate roofs with gable ends. Brick
chimneys over the gable ends of the front roof.
Plan: probably originally 2 houses each with 1 room plan, or house left and stable
right (now with wider room, left). In the C19 a parallel 2-room range was added
behind the original house making a double-depth plan.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Fairly regular 3 window south-east front with doorway towards
right. Ledged door. Doorway originally wider, window towards left originally a
doorway and blocked window, far left. Circa late C19 or C20 horned sashes to ground
floor. Circa early C19 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes to first floor.
Interior: not inspected.
