7/10 Lower Trenowin Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Circa late C17 or early C18. Rendered front, probably granite rubble.
Scantle slate roof with granite gable stacks (eaves heightened probably in the C19).
Plan: L-shaped 3 room plan. Larger probably hall/kitchen, left, and parlour right
with through passage between. Probably later kitchen wing at right angles behind the
left-hand room and later lean-to behind the middle and right of the house.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south front with doorway slightly
right of middle. C20 door and glazed porch/conservatory. Square window openings
with circa late C19 6-pane horned sashes.
Interior: not inspected.
Lying nearby is a C17 socketted gate post.
