Small farmhouse. C17 or C18. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Wheat-reed
thatched roof C20 granite rubble chimney over left-hand gable end. Roof sweeps lower
over rear outshut.
Plan: 2 room plan with wide hall/kitchen to left and parlour over lower ground to
right. Lobby entrance or cross passage between. Later outshut at rear rebuilt or
partly rebuilt in the C20. Lying in the garden is a large C17 chamfered lintel.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Yearly symmetrical 3 window east front (probably rebuilt in the
C18). Doorway right of middle and fenestration also towards right. C20 ledged door.
C20 porch with probably reused circa late C19 door with marginal panes. C20 12-pane
horned sashes.
Interior: not inspected.
