Terrace of 3 cottages. Datestone 1791. Granite rubble with granite dressings.
Steep grouted Delabole slate roof. Brick chimneys over the gable ends and over the
cross party walls. Cast-iron ogee gutters.
Plan: Double-depth plan plus heated service wings at right angles to rear. Each
cottage has 2 equal sized rooms at the front flanking a central cross passage leading
presumably to stair between shallow service rooms.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Range of 3 originally identical symmetrical 3 window fronts
with central doorways and blind windows over. Nos 1 and 2 (left and middle) have old
doors and original 12-pane 2-light casement windows to the first floor and later
sashes to the ground floor. No 3 (right) has C20 door and windows.
Interior: Not inspected.
