Carpenter's shop, probably former coach house with stable and grooms' accommodation
over. Circa early C19. Killas and granite rubble with granite dressings. Corrugated
asbestos roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends and over middle of rear wall.
Cast-iron ogee gutters.
Rectangular plan with former stables and coach house on ground floor. Doorway under
first floor window towards left, other first floor window towards right and small
louvered windows left of doorway and right. Old ledged door. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes. Dressed granite steps at the right-hand end lead up to a lean-to
brick porch with ledged door and scantle slate roof. Original iron handrail to
steps, scrolled under at the bottom and carried on stanchion for each step.
