House. Circa late C18. Red granite ashlar with granite dressings. Scantle slate
roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Cast-iron ogee gutters.
Plan: double depth plan with 2 front rooms, through passage slightly left of middle
and 2 service rooms at the rear.
Exterior : 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south front with blind window
opening over the doorway. Keyed flat arches to ground floor openings. C20 ledged
door, 4-pane horned sashes.
Original sashes and casements with small panes and ledged door at rear.
Interior :
Rectangular garden at the front with high side walls and low ashlar plinth parallel
to the house with central gateway with round-headed granite monolithic piers. Wooden
fence over the plinth, originally iron railings.
