Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Killas and granite rubble with granite dressings.
Slurried scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Cast-iron ogee
gutters.
Plan: double-depth plan slightly remodelled, but originally 2 similar front rooms
with central cross passage leading to central stair and with back doorway in to the
rear right hand service room.
Exterior : 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front with central doorway. C20 door and
windows in original openings.
Rear (facing the road) has original 16-pane hornless sashes and central round-headed
stair window with fanlight-headed sash.
Interior : much of the original carpentry and joinery; later stair.
