House, including garden walls at the front (north). Circa late C18 or early C19,
remodelled circa late C19. Granite ashlar front with granite lintel course, stuccoed
bay windows, otherwise rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate roofs
with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Cast-iron ogee gutters.
Plan: T-shaped plan plus lean-to outbuilding adjoining rear wing, left. 2 rooms at
the front, service wing at right angles to rear middle. Bay windows inserted to
front circa late C19.
Exterior : 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window north front with central.doorway. C19 6-
panel door with roundels to the central panel, fielded panels, 4-pane overlight.
Circa late C19 12-pane horned sash to original opening over the doorway. 2 storey
canted bay windows on either side with pilaster mullions moulded entablatures and
hipped roofs, fitted with horned sashes with glazing bars.
Interior :
Rectangular garden at the front with a low granite coped rubble wall parallel to the
front with central entrance with round-headed granite monolithic piers.
