Early C1l9. Coursed granite rubble. Slate hipped roof with wide eaves soffit.
Built into steep sloping site with south west elevation one storey and north
east elevation 3 storeys. South west one storey, 2 windows, sashes with glazing
bars. Central doorway projecting plain granite architrave and entablature.
North east eleaation facing harbour, 3 storeys, 3 windows, sashes with glazing
bars, this elevation is obscured by 2 storey loft wing with open ground floor
with crude granite posts supporting slate hung upper storey, 2-light casements
and loft doors, slate hipped roof, the outside elevation is colour-washed rubble,
2 small casements, 2 storeys, central door on each flor.

Nos 3, 4, the Revenue, and the Custom House form a group.
