Small house and adjoining buildings. C18, extended in the C19. Front of house is
granite ashlar with snecks, otherwise granite rubble with granite dressings.
Corrugated iron roof to house with dressed granite coped gable ends. Slurried
scantle slate roof over left-hand building.
Plan: 2 room plan house with central lobby and probably stair and later single storey
outbuildings adjoining at either end. The right-hand building may have once been a
2-storey house.
Exterior: 2 storeys. House has nearly symmetrical 2 window south-west front with
central doorway, flanked by single storey outbuildings. Most of the openings are
blocked. The building on the right has blocked doorway with 2 granite corbels over.
Interior: Not inspected.
Presumably the original house of Boswednack farmstead.
