Into C18. Scored stucco, and cement rendered, projecting stone quoins with V joints,
slate roof, 2 storeys, also cellars. 3 panelled doors in moulded stone architraves,
and 3 sash windows on each floor, also in moulded stone frames.
The cobbled forecourt is long and narrow, extending in front of Nos 27 to 55, without
divisions or railings, and open to the pavement.

Nos 13, Nos 17 to 25 (odd), Nos 31 to 55 (odd), No 38, Nos 46 to 86 (even) together with Nos 47A and Kirkgate House form a group.
