19/98 Park House with area walls, railings and gate

House with area walls, railings and gate. Said to date from 1818. Coursed, squared rubble with quoins; south return slate hung. Hipped, graduated slate roof. Cast-iron gate and railings, rubble wall. House symmetrical, 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central panelled door in corniced wooden doorcase with panelled pilasters to jambs. Single sash to either side and 3 above, all with glazing bars, in stone surrounds. Central stone chimney. Semicircular-headed stair window, with interlaced glazing bars, at rear. Area walls have flat copings. Returns are c.5 ft high, front is c.18 ins high surmounted by railings with spiked, square-section standards and turned end posts with urn finials. Central gate is single panel with interlaced decoration.
