Barn, byre, and storage ranges forming part of courtyard group of outbuildings
now in separate ownerships. West range probably dates back to late C18/early
C19; other ranges added c.1850 when house was rebuilt for Wilkinson Dent.
Coursed, squared rubble with quoins. Hipped, graduated slate roofs. East and
west ranges are 2-storeyed, north and south ranges which link them are lower.
Large wagon entrance on east elevation has basket head; window to right. Vent
slits to left are partly concealed by lean-to corrugated iron roof. North
elevation has 3 plank doors with basket heads; 2 windows to ground floor of
gable end to east range, one to 1st floor of gable end to west range. Older
portion of west elevation has segment-headed door, and plank door in chamfered
surrounds to each floor on left. South elevation has large inserted garage
door, with vent slits above, in gable end of east range; and single fixed window
in lower south range to left. Stone mid and end chimneys to east elevation.
