House, circa 1880, for Rowland Egerton Warburton. English garden wall
bond brown brickwork; clay tile roof. Right wing has catslide roof to
front with part-glazed oak framed and boarded door on good ornate
wrought iron hinges and 2 windows to lower storey with sprocketed
dormer in roof. Left wing forms projecting cross-gable with 4-light
brick-mullioned parlour window to front and 1-light window in right
face; cill and 1st floor bands; 3-light brick-mullioned bedroom
window; cill and lintel bands; brick diapering. All mullions and
window surrounds are of moulded brick.
