Marked on OS as No.8 Chesterfield Place.
House in row, with shop. Early C19. Rendered, tile roof.
3 storeys and attic, 3 windows, all plain sashes, but 2
glazing-bar sash hipped dormers, above 3 at second floor to a
sill band, and 2 flanking a bold canted oriel at first floor,
with the windows taken to floor level, and a balcony on
cast-iron brackets with original diagonal net cast-iron
balustrade, cut out at the central window. Ground floor has a
C20 display front, with a projecting porch to the left,
covering the arched opening to the original doorway.
