Former outbuilding now converted to cottage. Mid C18. Coursed sandstone of
varied toolings, possibly re-used. Pantiled roof with stone copings and
kneelers. Plinth. 2 storeys and attic, 2 bays. Left 4-panel door. Immediately
to right of it a 6-pane pivoted casement. First floor late C19 sash at
left and modern fixed light at right. Two flat-headed dormers. Included for
group value.
