Farmhouse. Early-mid C18. Red brick in English bond, interlocking tile roof.
Double depth; 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. Garden (west) front: symmetrical with
chamfered stone plinth, central C20 half-glazed door with overlight, 12-pane sashes,
all openings having flat brick arches with keystones and the windows projecting
stone sills; stepped dentilled eaves, the dentils formed of paired bricks. 2-span
roof with shaped stone kneelers, raised verges with ashlar coping and a rendered
brick stack to each gable. C20 outshut on right not of special interest. Rear:
rendered, with stepped dentilled eaves. Returns each have paired single-light attic
windows flanking roof valley, and the left return a cellar window on right and wide
side-sliding sash to ground floor left.
