GV II
House mid C19. Stucco or stone rubble. Slate roof with bracketted eaves and gable
ends. Brick stacks to left gable end and to rear.
Plan: 2 room plan, single room wide, with front parlour to left of entrance
stairhall and kitchen to rear, with outshut added in late C19 to rear, partitioned to
form dairy and scullery.
Exterior: 2 storeys. 2 window range. All sashes have margin glazing bars.
Pilastered doorcase with entablature, panelled reveals and 4 panelled door, the upper
2 panels glazed.
Interior: C19 joinery principally intact. Integral cupboard to left of parlour
fireplace.
