Semi-detached house. Possibly late C16 (sundial set into left
gable end dated and initialled 'I 15 79 H"), largely rebuilt late
C18 or early C19. C16 house; coursed squared and dressed
limestone, now largely rebuilt in brick with the exception of the
left gable end. Concrete tile roof, ashlar stack repaired in
brick. Rectangular plan. Two storeys and attic lit by three C20
two-light roof dormers with glazing bars, similar 2 and 3-light
casements lighting facade. Central 4-panel door within moulded
surround with projecting flat wooden hood supported on freestanding
wooden columns. Left gable end lit by two 3-light double-chamfered
stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods. Two-light garret
window with leaded panes and hood. Sundial with metal gnomon below
attic window. C20 casements and dormers at rear. Flat coping at
left gable end with roll-cross saddle. Gable-end and lateral
stack. Interior not inspected.
