Farmhouse and attached cottage. Early C17, with C20 refenestration.
Rubblestone walls with brick dressings. Thatch roof, with gable end
at north end and steep hip at south end. Brick stacks at gable end,
and on ridge, right of centre, and on right hand end wall. 1½ storeys.
5 windows in total, No. 14 has 3 light wood casements with glazing-bars,
wood cills and cambered brick arches. 2 light eyebrow dormer windows.
Original front door position, right of centre, round headed with
a C19 plank door. Brick porch with gabled slate roof. Present entrance
at rear in later outshut. Clover Cottage, 2 windows, irregular C20
fenestration and 3 light eyebrow dormer over. Door, right of centre,
recess panelled with 2 top lights, C19. Thatch porch canopy carried on
2 wood posts, C20.
