St Cuthbert's Church, Blyth, Northumberland. Originally a table stone. As the memorial had become unstable over the years due to general deterioration it had to be lowered to be made safe. The pedestals can be seen lying horizontal supporting the slab.
The stone actually reads Straughan, not Straugham.
