House. Early C19. Ashlar with pantiled roof. Two storeys, two bays. Each bay
set in full-height shallow recess with convex quadrant and outer roll moulding
to left and hollow chamfer to right; each bay has broad hollow-chamfered top.
Six-panel door with overlight in left bay. Twelve-pane sash windows. To left of door a roundheaded archway with fanlight, leads to Newminster Terrace.Hollow-chamfered cornice. Gabled roof with kneelers, flat coping and brick end stacks.
