Cottage. C17, enlarged C18, minor alterations C20. Brick-nogged timber framing, tiled roof. Three-bay, one-room deep, one and a half storeys, single-bay, single storey extension on end, lean-to to part rear. Facade to road: half-glazed C20 door under single-storey gabled porch with half-glazed sides, open front. To right heavier timber-framing below, light above: two-light casement window replacing double doors to former cider house. External brick chimney on right return. To left framing three panels high to eaves: two-light casement to left above door, iron opening light. Ground floor, two two-light casements, left-hand one replacing a door. Nine-pane window to left. Half-glazed door to extension, stone nogging to framing, lean-to asbestos slate roof. External brick chimney on left gable.
