Small detached house. Early C18; enlarged late C19. Random and
coursed rubble limestone; rubble chimney; concrete tile roof.
South front: 2-window fenestration, all timber casements, those to
ground floor with timber lintels. Ridge-mounted chimney at former
east gable end before enlargement. West end: masonry shows
original roof line. Off-centre doorway with timber lintel and
plank door; central upper floor casement with concrete lintel.
Interior not inspected. Included for Group Value.
