House. Probably C18, extended in early C19 and in late C20. Rendered and painted
stone rubble, extended in rendered and painted concrete block and brick. Bitumen-
coated rag slate roof with gable ends and hipped end to wing on front right. Stone
rubble axial stack to left of centre.
Plan: Probably originally a one-room plan cottage with entrance on right and heated
by end stack on left. Extended in circa early C19 with a one-room plan unheated wing
to front right. Entrance was then inserted in left hand side of this wing. Extended
to left in late C20 with garage on ground floor and chamber above.
Exterior: Two storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front with C20 extension on left and
hipped end to lower front wing to right. Entrance through C20 glazed porch in angle
with front wing, the earlier door in the left hand side of the wing. C20 windows on
ground and first floor of earlier range with C19 or early C20 3-light and 2-light
windows on ground and first floor of wing to right. C20 garage doors in C20
extension to left.
Interior: Not inspected.
