House with integral cottage including garden walls to front. Circa early C19.
Painted rubble with granite dressings and cob to first floor, slate sills, granite lintels over ground floor openings and shallow brick arches to first floor. Hipped asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys over side walls and central stack over party wall towards right.
Double depth plan: 2 rooms wide house, left, and one room wide cottage, right.
Reception rooms to front, shallower service rooms at rear. Central cross passage to house and passage at left-hand side of cottage.
2 storeys. Regular 3-window west front. Symmetrical 2-window house with central
doorway left, and regular 1-window front cottage, right with doorway at left. All original 16-pane hornless sashes. Circa early C20 conservatory porches with C20 door to house and original 6-panel door, with top panels later glazed, to cottage.
Interior not inspected.
Mortar coped rubble garden walls linked to cottage at right angles and returning

An interesting 'semi-detached' design and still largely unaltered since built.
