Farmhouse. C18, refronted in mid C19. Coursed squared sandstone, rock-faced to
south. Gritstone dressings and quoins to south. Plain tile roof with stone ridge.
Stone coped gables, moulded to south elevation . Moulded kneelers to south, plain
to north. Twin brick gable end western stack. Two storeys, two bays. C19 south
facade with chamfered central doorcase. Four centred arched lintel. To either side,
recessed and chamfered 2-light mullion windows. Two similar over in gabled dormers.
Rear elevation, central flush quoined doorcase with 2-light flush mullion windows
either side. Similar window over in eastern gable.
