House and adjoining cottage, now house. C18. Painted granite rubble walls with
granite dressings, slate sills. Thatched roof with brick chimneys over gable ends.
(left-hand chimney is rendered, possibly over stone).
Plan: Probably originally 1½ rooms deep with kitchen/living rooms at the front and
shallow service rooms at the rear. House (left) has 2 rooms at the front, probably
parlour and kitchen living room with cross passage between. Cottage has its former
entrance passage on the left.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Long low 3 window north front with first floor windows under
thatch eyebrows (probably enlarged in the C20). Ground floor has 2 doorway openings
and 3 windows. Original openings except that former cottage doorway now has window.
C20 door, C20 4-pane horned sashes.
Interior not inspected.
