House. Circa 1835. Witchert, colourwashed, roughcast to flanks and
rear, rendered to front. Rubble plinth. Hipped slate roof. 2 storeys
and 3 bays. Central 4 panel door with margined fanlight over. Blank
recess above. Canted slate roofed bay windows to outer bays with sashes.
3 pane first floor sashes. Hood moulds to upper windows in Gothick style.
Right hand stack and left hand rear one. Slate roofed single storey
outbuilding range at rear. An interesting example of high quality use
of witchert on a late Georgian villa.
