House. Early to mid C19. Coursed squared killas rubble with granite quoins and
dressings, part slate-hung, scantle slate roof. Double-depth plan. Two storeys and
3 bays; symmetrical; the facade has a coved niche at ground floor flanked by
12-pane sashed windows, and a 12-pane sash at 1st floor above the door flanked
by 16-pane sashes. Hipped roof, chimney at right-hand side wall. Right-hand
return wall has altered doorway at ground floor, and is slate hung at 1st floor.
Interior not inspected. Forms group with No.6 to the left (q.v.).
