Lodge. 1868 (datestone) built for the Lethbridge family of Tregeare House (qv
Laneast Parish). Stone rubble with granite quoins. Rag slate roofs with gable ends.
Dressed stone end stack with two hexagonal plan brick shafts.
Plan: Overall 'T' shaped plan with sh.=ow wing to front left and entrance in angle
between front wing and right hand range. Principal rooms to front and rear left,
heated by stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical single window front with gable end to shallow
front wing on left. C19 canted bay window with diagonal leaded lights and C19 2-
light casement with similar glazing above. Datestone in gable end 'TCBL 1868'. The
entrance is through a C20 porch on right with a part glazed C19 or C20 door.
Interior: Not inspected.
