GV II

House, C17. Painted rubble stone and cob with thatched roof and brick gable
chimneys. Formerly cross passage three roomed plan. Irregular window openings.
Originally 3 windows long. Window, now door obscured by outshut, door also partly
hidden by 1984 outshut, casement window with 16-paned casements and 1 window
opening inserted to left of middle window. External chimney breast to right gable,
2 1984 windows to rear. Interior post and panel partition between rooms to right:
cambered oak collars pegged to oak roof principals; thatch secured to barrens
nailed to roof trusses.
