House. Early C18 or earlier, altered. Uncoursed rubble with large granite quoins.
all painted white, composition tile roof with cockscomb ridge tiles, brick
chimneys. Single-depth 2-unit plan. Two low storeys and 2 bays, almost
symmetrical; central doorway protected by small modern gabled porch; two 2-
fight casement windows on each floor, all now with modern diamond-leaded
glazing and shutters, and those at 1st floor under dormer gables. Tall gable
chimneys, that to the right built onto the top of an earlier and thicker stack.
The right-hand end wall has a projection in the area of the ground floor hearth.
Rear altered. Interior: very large rectangular fireplace in right-hand gable wall;
otherwise, not inspected.
