House. Circa mid C19. Pebbledash rendered stone rubble with slate roof with hipped
ends. Rendered brick stacks in hipped ends. Built into side of hill with 3-storey
elevation looking down on harbour and 1-storey elevation to Talland Hill. Double
depth plan with principal front room on either side of entrance hall, secondary rooms
behind and wing at rear with splayed corners.
Symmmetrical 3-storey harbour elevation with two 12-pane sashes flanking part glazed
circa late C19 door. Three 12-pane sashes above in exposed sash boxes. Three 2-
light casements in second floor in probably original sash openings. Both elevations
remain unspoilt and unaltered.
