House at higher end of terrace. Circa late C18 to early C19. Rendered stone rubble
with rag slate roof with half-hipped front elevation on Talland Hill and hipped
higher end. Stone rubble chimney stack with brick shaft on front higher corner on
Talland Hill and projecting stone rubble chimney stack with brick shaft on higher
hipped end.
Built into side of hill on steeply sloping site with 3-storey elevation over looking
the harbour and 2-storey elevation on Talland Hill. 2-room double depth plan with
entrance hall to left-hand side containing stairs at rear. The rear doorway probably
to first landing of stairs.
Front elevation facing harbour. Regular single window range. Ground floor with
partly glazed C20 door beneath slate hood and 12-pane sash to right. Above ground
floor, right-hand side of wall broken slightly forward. 12-pane sash to first and
second floor. Talland Hill rear elevation with C20 window on left and C20 door to
right. 4-light casement above with glazing bars.
