House, probably originally a farmhouse. C18. Rendered cob walls. Wheat reed
thatched roof. Brick chimneys over the gable ends, the right-hand chimney over a
large external chimney breast.
Plan: 2 room plan with entrance lobby or cross passage between the room. Slightly
larger probably kitchen on the right and parlour on the left. Later former lean-to
at rear remodelled in the C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly irregular 3 window south front with doorway slightly
left of middle and each first floor window on left of a ground floor opening.
Buttress left of doorway. Old 4-panel door later glazed to top panels. C20 2-light
casement windows with glazing bars in original openings.
Interior: Not inspected.
