Farmhouse, c.1800, now house, with attached barn. Watershot coursed
sandstone, slate roof with gable chimneys, stone slate roof to barn on
lower level. Two bays and 2 storeys, with barn continuing to left on
lower level (sloping site). House has in centre a 2-storey gabled porch
with plain doorway, tall 1st floor window and a chimney stack at the apex
formerly used as pedestal for weathervane; and stepped triple-light
windows on both floors. Barn to left has opposed segmental-headed wagon
doorways, and plain doorways at the lower end. Rear of house has square
stairlight in centre, 2 casements on each floor, of 4 lights in the
1st bay and 3 lights in the 2nd bay, all these with glazing bars. Item
closely resembles Moss Meadows Farmhouse (q.v.) c.350 metres to the north
east.
