Cottage, formerly public house, probably of C17 origin but much
restored and altered, principally in C20. Timber framed,
rendered with some weatherboarding to gable end. Thatched roof
of reed with original red brick ridge stack with some courses
rebuilt. Gable end to road. One storey and attic. One
dormer. Irregular fenestration, all C20 and including two C20
four, leaded light casements. Included for group value. -
