Cottage, C17, extended in C19 and C20. Timber framed, plastered, roof thatched.
Aligned NE-SW with 2 axial chimney stacks and SE wing at SW end, and C19 2-
storey extension with slated lean-to roof in W angle. Single storey extension
with shingled lean-to roof to SE of NE end, C20. Single-storey with attics.
SW elevation (towards The Green), C20 glazed door, one C20 metal casement
window, one early C18 2-light window with rectangular leading and another with
one wrought iron casement and one fixed light. On first floor, one C19
horizontally sliding sash window of 8 lights and one C19 casement window of
4 lights in thatched gabled dormer, with inscription 'Ye Olde Cottage' in gable.
