Inn, C17 and C18, extended in C19 and C20. Timber framed, roughcast rendered,
roof of slate. 4 bays aligned approx. N-S with external chimney stack at S
end, aspect E, C17. Parallel range to rear, C18. Single-storey lean-to
extensions to N of both ranges, C20. Rear extension from N end with end chimney
stack, C19, and weatherboarded shed roofed with corrugated iron beyond. 2
storeys. Half-glazed door, one late C18 horizontally sliding sash window of
32 lights, late C18 splayed bay of double-hung sash windows of 4-16-4 lights,
one C20 casement window. First floor, 2 C19 casement windows. Roofs steeply
pitched. The interior has plain-chamfered beams, the joists plastered to the
soffits.
