House. Early C19. Herringbone-tooled coursed sandstone; Welsh slates. Belmont
Place front 2 storeys, attic and casement, 1 bay and a narrow right staircase
bay. Ground floor through-passage (to Esplanade) has 6-panel door. 12-pane
sash above. Plain fixed attic window; 2 small staircase lights, the lower
chamfered at right. Esplanade elevation of 1½ bays, all modern windows except
for 16-pane sash above passage. Tall chimney at left. Included for group
value.
