An early C19 yellow gault brick house. 2 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung
sashes with vertical glazing bars. The doorway has a stucco doorcase with
pilasters and a cornice. Roof slate.

& 18, No 15 Lynn Road form a consistent group of early C19 buildings.
