Barn and cowhouses. C17 with C18 and early C19 additions. Timber-frame on
rubble plinth, weatherboarded, and rubble; corrugated iron, stone slate and
slate roof. C17 barn of 3 framed bays, central threshing floor; early C19
extension to east of one roof bay; cowhouses to west of 3 roof bays, 2 late
C17, one C18. Barn: weatherboarded walls 2 square panels high, originally
with woven infill; straignt angle braces to gables. South entrance has a
C19 raking top over raised lintel to cart entry. Trusses: raking strut
intermediate; gables: queen struts to collar with V-struts in apex. Cowhouse:
C19 bay to east and bays to west of barn have rubble walls and low cowhouse
entries.
